(CelebrityAccess) — Concord, the independent record label and music publisher, expanded its footprint in key markets with the launch of larger and fully remolded offices in Melbourne and Miami.

Additionally, the company announced it has signed a lease to relocate its Los Angeles offices to a new space in Beverly Hills.

Concord’s office in Melbourne is now located at 35 Rose Street, Fitzroy, and relocates regional staff to the city’s commercial and nightlife hub on Brunswick Street. Concord Music Publishing and Concord Label Group staff occupy two stories of the building, which also features a terrace, two state-of-the-art songwriting rooms, and a large boardroom.

In Miami, Concord’s new digs occupy several floors of the historic Coppertone Building in the city’s MiMO (Miami Modernist) district. The Miami office will serve as the home to Concord’s Craft Latino and Concord Music Publishing divisions. Additionally, the Miami office will also service the newly acquired catalog and master recordings of Latin legend Daddy Yankee.

The Miami office includes a creative space that can be used to host different types of events, such as panels and showcases, and features two writing rooms with fully modern recording equipment.

In the third quarter of 2025, Concord’s Los Angeles office will relocate to a newly built space at 9171 Wilshire Blvd, which will feature the company’s name on the building. Concord’s staff will occupy the 6th and penthouse floors of the space, with the penthouse level capable of hosting showcases, parties, internal meetings, and industry events. Additionally, the Los Angeles office will be equipped with two listening rooms with hi-tech acoustics, lounges, and other places to collaborate.

“These spaces have been, or will be, designed to serve the unique needs of Concord and its artists, songwriters, and composers in each of our local markets around the world,” said Concord COO, Victor Zaraya. “We are proud to call these cities home and have carefully chosen every office with our growth plan in mind.”
