LONDON (CelebrityAccess) – Cooking Vinyl Publishing has officially signed Korean alt-R&B artist Jacqui to a long-term worldwide administration deal. Jacqui’s unique blend of R&B and alternative sounds has garnered international attention.
Born in South Korea, Jacqui’s multicultural background has significantly influenced her musical style. She spent her childhood in China before moving to the U.S. during her teenage years, and she is now based in Seoul. Her global perspective has shaped her sound, making her a standout in the alt-R&B genre.
Jacqui’s breakthrough came in 2020 when her single “White Clouds” was featured in Netflix’s My Holo Love series. Her Birthday EP followed in 2022 and in 2023, Jacqui embarked on a tour of Australia, expanding her fan base beyond Asia.
Her highly anticipated debut album, Dirty Mirror Selfie, was created in collaboration with her producer, Glowingdog. The album, which is out now, showcases Jacqui’s distinctive style and songwriting talent. She has also announced UK and European tour dates scheduled for spring 2025, a major milestone in her career.
