CUPERTINO, CA (CelebrityAccess) — Apple Music has apparently signed a deal with Cash Money Records that will see the label become a partner of the streaming music service.
The deal was unofficially announced by Cash Money founder Bryan "Birdman" Williams through his social media when he made an Instagram post over the weekend stating ‘It’s official… Cash Money makes a power move with Apple Music.’
While details of the agreement have not been disclosed, it is likely that the deal will entail exclusivity periods for Cash Money artists on Apple's music service.
Cash Money features a roster that includes Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and Drake, who already has a standing deal with Apple. – Staff Writers
