LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — Opry Entertainment, the producer of Nashville in Concert, has donated £10,000 to the British Red Cross’ UK Solidarity Fund on behalf of the touring cast after a pair of sold-out shows at the O2 Apollo in London.
The concerts, which brings the music of the television show Nashville to stage, were initially scheduled to take place at the The Manchester Arena, but were relocated to the Apollo following the terror attack that targeted an Ariana Grande concert at the arena on May 22nd.
The concerts, featuring the touring cast Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Charles Esten, Sam Palladio and Jonathan Jackson, also made stops in Glasgow, and Belfast.
The tour is headed back to the U.S. for a series of concerts starting on Orlando on July 23rd. – Staff Writers
