New York, NY (Billboard) — Billboard, the world's leading music and entertainment trade publication, today announced that it has partnered with CelebrityAccess, the leading provider of real-time news and information to the live performance industry. The alliance will strengthen both firm’s respective brands and entertainment information assets, specifically Billboard’s weekly concert box office score data and CelebrityAccess’ daily concert tour date data.
Billboard and CelebrityAccess are launching a co-branded concert tour database product with 40,000 – 50,000 concert tour dates across North America and Europe available at all times, which will be published on CelebrityAccess.com, Billboard.com and Billboard.biz. Billboard will be the exclusive licensor of the tour data product. In addition, Billboard’s concert box office score data will be published on CelebrityAccess.com
