NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — An SEC filing last week revealed a likely board of directors for Ticketmaster after it completes its planned spin-off from its parent, Barry Diller's IAC/Interactive.
While IAC is spinning Ticketmaster off, its not going far. Among those named at current Ticketmaster execs President & CEO Sean Moriarity and board chairman Terry Barnes as well as the aforementioned Barry Diller.
Other board members will be Mark Carelton (Liberty Media Corporation); Brian Deevy, (RBC Daniels); Jonathan L. Dolgen, (ArtistDirect), Diane Irvine, (Blue Nile); Julius Genachowski, (Rock Creek Ventures); Victor A. Kaufman, (IAC); Michael Leitner, (Tennenbaum Capital Partners); and Jonathan F. Miller (Velocity Interactive Group.)
