NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Rapper 50 Cent seems to be putting the kibosh on rumors that he may retire by announcing updated European tour dates. Said rumors were sparked by a comment by the rapper that he would retire if Kanye bested him in first-week record sales.
Although he later retracted that statement, the flames of speculation were fanned when 50 Cent canceled a string of European dates, including a performance at the MOBO awards in the UK, shortly after Kanye's record moved bigger numbers. Coincidentally, Europe is the one arena where 50 Cent's record sales actually topped Kanye's.
The new tour will kick off in November in Aberdeen.
