LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Charting an exhilarating new trajectory, Sitting on Saturn announced their new partnership with SKP — the visionary platform empowering artists with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in today’s dynamic music landscape. Sitting on Saturn, who is Hoyt Yeatman (guitar and vocals), Kyle Hart (bass and vocals) and Trevor Smith (drums) are known for their infectious blend of energy and sophisticated sound. The Southern California-based band formerly known as Sitting on Stacy is excited to unveil their rebrand with SKP, co-founded by 311 frontman Nick Hexum, working with the platform to elevate their artistic vision.
Sitting on Saturn’s decision to evolve their identity reflects a bold commitment to growth and creativity. Fans can expect the same dynamic performances, unforgettable melodies and infectious lyrics, now backed by the cutting-edge innovation and strategic expertise of SKP. This partnership represents a shared commitment to creativity, authenticity, and bold new ventures.
As Sitting on Saturn embraces this transformation, fans can look forward to new music starting in January 2025, exciting collaborations, and innovative projects in the months ahead. To commemorate the holiday season, the trio recently made available the enchanting holiday clap-along, “Christmas (Just For You),” and their cover of The Beatles’ treasured “Till There Was You” was shared by George Harrison’s widow, Olivia Harrison and The Beatles Instagram handles.
“We are super stoked to be partnering with Sitting on Saturn,” notes Hexum. “I’m a big fan of their music and this band embodies the energy, talent, and passion that we value at SKP. Together, we’re aiming to connect their music with a wider audience and create unforgettable moments for their fans.”
“We are thrilled to partner with SKP! Their vision for the music industry is incredible and we are happy to be a part of it” says Hart. “The name Sitting on Saturn felt like a good change for us and a way for the band to evolve” adds bandmate Smith. “We’re staying true to our music and aiming at something larger than life. Plus, we’d like to go there someday,” shares Yeatman.
