LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Sony Music Publishing announced it has signed the noted music producer Mike Dean, along with key members of his producer collective M.W.A., including Sean Solymar, Tommy Rush and Sage Skolfield.
The deal will also see SMP form a strategic partnership with M.W.A. focused on the discovery and creative development of new talent.
A Grammy-winning producer, Dean is known for his skills as an engineer, mixer and musician with a body of work that spans hip-hop, pop, experimental rock and soul,
His credits include music from Travis Scott (ASTROWORLD, “Sicko Mode”), Beyoncé (Lemonade), Frank Ocean (Blonde), Ye (My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, “Mercy”), The Weeknd (Beauty Behind the Madness) and many more.
As an artist, Dean has sold out shows at the Whiltern in Los Angeles, and toured with The Weeknd as an opening act on his sold-out After Hours Till Dawn stadium tour in the US.
