LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Caroline Burruss has joined AEG as their new Vice President, AEG Global Partnerships.
In this role, Burruss will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales for concert tours, festivals, venues and other elements for AEG and its subsidiaries, including Goldenvoice for festivals such as Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Stagecoach-California’s Country Music Festival, the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and the new Panorama festival, which launched earlier this summer in New York, among others.
No stranger to the corporate music world, Burruss comes to AEG after a stint at Live Nation, where she served as Vice President, National Media, and Sponsorship. While at Live Nation, she was responsible for sponsorship and media sales across festivals, music venues, streaming content, branded entertainment, and research and analytics, AEG said.
Prior to joining Live Nation Entertainment, Burruss was co-general manager and vice president of brand development for Austin City Limits Live. There, she led all revenue for sponsorship, premium seating sales, and content distribution.
Burruss began her career in music marketing, co-founding the company Revolution Promotion Management and studied political science and journalism at the University of Georgia. – Staff Writers
