American Head Charge's guitarist Dave Rogers performed totally naked at the band's October 31 concert at the Continental Arena Airlines in East Rutherford, NJ, and was arrested after the show for public lewdness. Five New Jersey state policemen arrested him backstage after he played the entire show in the raw. The situation was resolved at the venue. He will have to report to a New Jersey court at a later date.
"What's the big fucking deal?" Rogers said. "I run around naked all the time. I guess the cops were threatened by my man-hood."
This was actually the second time Rogers performed in the buff (the first time was at Ozzfest earlier this summer), but he escaped prosecution the first time.
