CPAmerica Enters Into Joint Venture With Tony Orlando


CPAmerica, Incorporated has entered into a joint venture agreement with entertainer Tony Orlando creating a global entertainment company as a division of CPAmerica, which will be designed to manage artists' careers and protect intellectual property. The goal is to enhance and elevate talent to higher performance levels. In addition, this division will create and develop business deals in film, music, television, theater and new media, and offer marketing services to a broad range of international clients.

Tony Orlando, president of this newly created division, will be responsible for the overall coordination of this venture to ensure the highest level of service and attention to an international roster of clients. "CPAmerica, Inc. is excited to have finalized this agreement with Tony Orlando. His name in the entertainment world says it all. And with his guidance and expertise we will redefine the methods in which artist management and marketing are performed" stated Jack Wishna, president and CEO of parent company CPAmerica, Inc.

"With this venture we will blend our varied backgrounds into the formation of what will be an original and unique entertainment company. I'm extremely excited," said Tony Orlando.
