NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation is relocating their Nashville offices from the Sony Music headquarters on Music Row to more spacious digs at nearby Edgehill Village.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, the promoter just signed a lease for the 9,500-square-feet of office space, giving them an entire floor of the building above Edgehill Cafe.
The Sony Building, Live Nation's current home, was acquired by Vanderbilt University in July. Other music companies moving off of Music Row include Sony, who is moving into Nashville's recently redeveloped Gulch district, as is William Morris Endeavor.
SESAC is flouting the trend however, and will be moving into a brand new 95,000 square foot Music Row office, which is currently under development. – Staff Writers
