To help draw more people to concerts, kids under 12 will get in free with their parents, when adults buy a lawn seat ticket. This offer is good only at selected concerts.
"I can see some dads and moms rubbing their hands with glee because they're going to be able to show their kids what kind of music they might like," said Danny Wilde of Clear Channel Entertainment. "Who knows, they may convert some of those kids into fans," he told TV station WNEP.
CCE believe the changes will translate into more ticket, food and beverage sales.
