LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Las Vegas Review-Journal has printed rumors that Prince is opening a new nightclub at the Rio, in the former location of the Club Rio.
The Purple One will reportedly charge $31.21 admission to his new space, an homage to his most recent album, 3121.
The four-time Grammy winner has reportedly finalized a deal to operate the club, where he plans to perform on occasion, and use to showcase artists signed to his label on other nights.
The website 3121.com shows a montage of images of Prince and other performers mixed with shots of the Rio and a 3121 Club image.
Club Rio’s last show, the topless revue “Erocktica,” was given two-days notice last week, and closed last weekend. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
