NEW ORLEANS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — New Orleanian Eric Reitman has been named general manager responsible for all operations of the 13-year old French Quarter House of Blues nightclub.
Reitman joined House of Blues in 2004 as director of venue operations for House of Blues New Orleans. Following Hurricane Katrina, Reitman moved to House of Blues’ San Diego venue to serve in the same capacity. In December, Reitman accepted the position at House of Blues New Orleans to return to his hometown.
According to New Orleans City Business, Reitman began his professional career in 1995 with New Orleans Airport Hilton Corp. as assistant food and beverage director and later became director. In 1998, he became banquet manager for Adam’s Mark Hotels in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colo. In 2003, Reitman was promoted to director of food and beverage for the Adam’s Mark Property in Clearwater Beach, Fla. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
