(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Roanoke Civic Center in Costa Mesa, CA has extended its ticketing agreement with Tickets.com. Included in the agreement is the integration of the SKIDATA's new handshake wireless, web-based access control system. Handshake is designed to allow facilities to authenticate and rapidly process large visitor volumes and supports the next generation of Tickets.com's digital products. The Roanoke Civic Center is the first Tickets.com venue to roll out this technology.

"Overall the handshake technology will help reduce fraudulent tickets as well as help us better serve our patrons when they come to our venue to attend an event."
