SYDNEY, NSW (CelebrityAccess) — Two years after closing its doors, Sydney's famed Lansdowne Hotel is being re-opened as a music venue.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the venue is being opened as a smaller music room, with a capacity of about 250 patrons.
The two-level venue will feature a second floor live music space "dotted with pillars and a heritage fireplace" for the room with the main stage. The ground floor will include a bar, a kitchen and lounge areas.
"There's a hole in the market for an intermediate-size room," Jake Smyth, one of the venue's new owners told the SMH.
The new venue is set to debut on April 23rd. – Staff Writers
