TBA Entertainment Corporation has purchased Atlanta-based Alliance Artists Ltd. with Charlie Brusco, president of Alliance, named as executive vice president of TBA. Brusco will continue to manage his roster of clients including Styx, Survivor, Joe Stark Band and others, and will assume broader corporate responsibilities at TBA. All current Alliance Artists staff will become employees of TBA and will work in TBA's Atlanta office.
This move marks the third key addition to TBA's integrated operations this year. In January the company boosted its artist management group by adding Stewart Young, a leading manager with clients including Foreigner, UB40, Scorpions, Emerson Lake and Palmer and others. Also in January, TBA enhanced its entertainment marketing expertise with the acquisition of Moore Entertainment, the producer of large-scale programs such as The Crown Royal Untamed & True Tour, Seagram's Gin Jam, and was co-producer of the 2000 Dixie Chicks tour.
Current TBA management clients include Foreigner, Scorpions, UB40, Brooks & Dunn, Chely Wright, Nine Days, Jaci Velasquez, FFH, 4HIM and Point of Grace, among others.
