RALEIGH, N.C. (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Raleigh City Council has signed off on a replacement roof for the Walnut Creek Amphitheatre Pavilion, accepting a $310,182 bid for the project.
According to the Triangle Business Journal, the city is also accepting bids for roof replacements on other buildings at the venue, including the concession stands, the restrooms and the main office building, all of which are 20 years old.
The new roofs are part of Raleigh's $2 million capital improvement plan for the venue's structure and grounds. Other, already completed improvements include a replacement sidewalk and renovations to the concessions stands. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
