LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Toby Keith is expected to have a bitchin’ tailgate party in Los Angeles during Labor Day weekend.
Keith is scheduled to headline the first annual Tailgate Fest to take place in the parking lot of the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., Sept. 1. It is what it is: fans are encouraged to bring their own grills, coolers, games and just make it a tailgate party. The event is the brainchild of Melissa Carbone, founder of Ten Thirty One Productions and creator of L.A.’s Haunted Hayride and Giancarlo Chersich, inventor of marquee brands like Pop Chips and Barry’s Bootcamp.
The full lineup for the Tailgate Fest has yet to be announced; it is considered to part of Keith’s upcoming Should’ve Been A cowboy Tour that kicks off in late May. Events include “The Tailgate Cornhole World Championships,” with fabulous prizes, the “Jacked UP Truck Competition” with a panel of judges, the “Two Step Honky Tonk” and a dunk tank.
Tickets start at $109.
