CLEVELAND (CelebrityAccess) Justin Bieber has been sued by a man who claims the pop star attacked him two years ago for taking his picture.

Rodney Cannon claims that he was introduced to Bieber at the Westin Hotel in Cleveand in June 2016. When Bieber allegedly took of Cannon’s sunglasses without permission and put them on, Cannon says in his lawsuit that he took a picture of Bieber. The singer’s demeanor then “totally changed” and he became “irate” and threatened to harm Cannon, a much larger man, if he didn’t delete the photo, according to the lawsuit.

Bieber then allegedly grabbed Cannon’s shirt as he tried to walk away and punched him in the face. When Cannon subdued Bieber and brought him to the ground, a member of Bieber’s detail struck him in the head, causing him to lose consciousness for a moment.

Cannon claims the incident caused him physical and emotional harm. He claims he suffered injuries to his head, neck and back and accuses Bieber of using “racial epithets” during the fight but doesn’t say what they are, according to lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The incident was allegedly caught on tape and provided to TMZ.

Bieber manager Scooter Braun told TMZ that the accusations in the lawsuit are “completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years.” Braun added that he’s disgusted Tobias is bringing race into the situation and denied Justin said anything racist.

“This is a smear tactic to get money and it’s gross … and we won’t be scared or blackmailed,” Braun added.
