NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) Live Nation Entertainment announced it had acquired a majority stake in Neste, a full-service event marketing company.
Live Nation plans to use the Neste acquisition as a springboard to launch Neste Live!, a new venture that will provide turn-key talent buying and event production services for festivals, fairs, and corporate clients.

Originally launched in 1995 as a corporate sponsorship and event marketing agency focused on the festival market, Neste has expanded to also offer talent buying and event production services to clients.
To date, the company has serviced more than 500 events and worked with a surfeit of corporate clients including Jack Links, Jockey, Kansas City Life Insurance, Advisors Excel and the NCAA College World Series.
Following the acquisition, Neste! Live will be based in Tennessee and will report to its president Gil Cunningham.
