TOPEKA, Kansas (CelebrityAccess) — In the face of historic flooding in the Midwestern U.S., organizers for The Kicker Country Stampede announced that the music festival is relocating from   Tuttle Creek State Park in Manhattan, Kansas to Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka, Kansas.

“Safety is our main concern. The severe weather prompted us to partner with the good folks over at Heartland Motorsports in Topeka, just 45 minutes away to insure all of our concert goers will be out of harms way.  We are maintaining the integrity of what we currently have in place to our new location,” says Wayne Rouse, president of Country Stampede.

According to local news outlet KSNT, the festival does not plan to offer refunds, despite the venue change. Country Stampede General Manager Adrienne Hayes told KSNT that the festival’s ticketing policy is that “all sales are final.”

The three-day music and camping festival is set to kick off on June 20 with a lineup that features Jason Aldean, Old Dominion, Jake Owen, Morgan Wallen, and Clint Black among others.
