(CelebrityAccess) — Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke announced plans for a solo trek of North America this fall in support of his latest release Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes.
The tour, which gets underway on Sept. 26th at Place Bell in Laval, Quebec, is scheduled to wrap up on October 29th at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
The U.S. dates follow the conclusion of a European run that includes a number of festival appearances such as Montreaux Jazz, Days Off Festival, Down The Rabbit Hole, Umbria Jazz, NOS Alive Festival, and the Collisioni Festival.
The news about the tour North American tour leg follows hints from Yorke about his long-anticipated third solo album, which have included oblique print ads that include a phone number which, when called, appear to offer a preview of the forthcoming material.
