Spectra Announces New Hires, Promotions

PHILADELPHIA, PA (CelebrityAccess) — Venue management company Spectra announced a spate of new hires and promotions, including Blair Cardinal, who was named Vice President, Communications.

Spectra also announced that David Livingston has been added to the Spectra Partnerships team as Vice President. In his new gig, Livingston will oversee the company’s global partnership business development, as well as regional management of Spectra’s Georgia venue partnerships.

Prior to his promotion, he served as Vice President of the Atlanta Blaze of Major League Lacrosse and President of the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football.

Spectra promoted Tyler Fike to ice President, Finance, Food Services & Hospitality, with a particular mandate to automate Spectra’s foodservice and hospitality infrastructure.

Amy Minniti has been promoted to Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. Amy joined Spectra in early 2018 and has been tasked with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and license agreements, regulatory compliance, and providing legal support and counsel to Spectra’s corporate team and associates in the field.

Mike Reinert joins Spectra as a new hire, as Vice President of Procurement. Reinert comes to his new role after spending the past 15 years developing programs for field operations at concessionaire Delaware North. At Spectra, he will oversee Spectra’s purchasing efforts for food services & hospitality.
