LONDON (vip-booking) – The agenda for the 37th International Live Music Conference (ILMC) in London in February 2025 is now live.
The Agenda showcases a robust schedule of sessions spanning touring, festivals, wellness, marketing, and more. Taking place over three days, the event promises fresh insights and dynamic discussions on key industry topics, with additional programming yet to be announced.
Wednesday Highlights
The conference begins with The Open Forum: Setting the Course, a state-of-the-industry overview, followed by a deep dive into pricing strategies in Pricing The Ticket: Balancing Expectations. Attendees will also gain unique fan perspectives in Meet the Fans.
Other sessions include ethics and activism in the industry, marketing trends, and workshops such as live music insurance and gender-balanced event programming. A notable feature is The Hotseat interview with Superstruct’s James Barton.
ILMC Touring Entertainment LIVE returns for its second edition with panels on intellectual property, marketing for long-tail events, life lessons from industry leaders, and a quick-fire session with investors.
Thursday Highlights
Day two includes Question Time, hosted by Dan Steinberg from Emporium Presents, and The Campfire: Central & Eastern Europe, which explores challenges and opportunities in the region. The Middle East Live segment focuses on the rapid growth of this emerging market through a state-of-the-nation session and venue insights.
Other discussions will examine tour lengths, arena venue trends, fan data tools, and sustainability. Workshops include sessions on visas, immigration, and green riders, with additional programming expected.
Friday Highlights
The final day features the Futures Forum, with Meet The New Bosses: Class of 2025 spotlighting rising industry leaders. Panels such as Festival Forum: New Booking Strategies and Now That’s What I Call 2025 will delve into booking strategies and predictions for future success.
Additional topics include global tour expansions, alternative revenue streams, venue evolution, and tour marketing. The day concludes with the Futures Forum Keynote and the traditional ILMC Autopsy.
