25-Year Veteran Country Artist Manager Stuart Dill Named New President At Sanctuary Artist Management Inc./Nashville

NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Sanctuary Artist Management–which manages artists in the fields of pop, rock, country and Christian–announces the appointment of Stuart Dill as President of Sanctuary Artist Management Nashville. Dill, a 25-year veteran of Nashville’s country music scene, will be pivotal in expanding the Sanctuary roster.

Sanctuary CEO Carl Stubner and Dill have been closely associated in the industry for several years through various artist dealings and have maintained strong ties. Sanctuary Artist Management represents a wide range of artists including Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, Lonestar, Velvet Revolver, Tommy Lee, Tonic, Trent Tomlinson and Brooke White (American Idol).

Stuart Dill’s management team will bring Jo Dee Messina (Curb), Jessica Harp (Warner Brothers), Point of Grace (Word), Holly Williams (Mercury), Laura Bell Bundy (“Legally Blonde: The Musical”/Universal), Ashley Gearing (Curb) and Two Foot Fred (MuzikMafia) to Sanctuary. Dill’s previous credits include working with Minnie Pearl, Freddy Fender (and the Texas Tornadoes), Dwight Yoakam, Bellamy Bros., Michael Martin Murphey, Holly Dunn, Forester Sisters, Desert Rose Band and The Wreckers (Michelle Branch & Jessica Harp). Stuart is a longtime member of Leadership Music and is a member of the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association.

“Stuart’s outstanding and long lasting relationships with the Nashville music community will continue to solidify Sanctuary as a home for top-level Country artists who are looking for management services,” says Carl Stubner. “He’s also a connecting point for some of our other artists who are interested in coming to Nashville to collaborate with some of the best writers in the world.”

Dill adds, "Sanctuary has a rich history of managing some of our greatest musical icons on a global level. As its name implies, Sanctuary has always taken great strides in protecting the creative process, partnering with artists and their creative visions and then helping take those efforts successfully to the marketplace. That tradition will continue as Sanctuary recommits and expands its energy and resources in Country music.”

Carl Stubner was made President of the North American operations for Sanctuary Artist Management in 2003 overseeing New York and Los Angeles and became CEO in 2005.

Corey Wagner is the Sr. Vice President of the Nashville operation which staffs seven full-time employees–including manager Tom Storms, who is joined by David Lee and Derek Stanley from The Dill Management Group–who help run the day to day management.

Sanctuary’s solo artists Jessica Harp (The Wreckers/Warner Bros. Records) and Trent Tomlinson (Carolwood Records) are both currently enjoying success of their chart-positioning singles and their upcoming 2009 album releases. Sanctuary’s act Lonestar recently returned from a two-week tour in Iraq and will be featured in a one-hour GAC special about the Iraq tour this coming summer. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
