The 9:30 club in Washington, D.C. has just resigned with Tickets.com after a few years with Ticketmaster. The club, which drew 193,323 concertgoers last year, originally was aligned with Tickets.com.
"Our contract with Ticketmaster was up so we thought we'd try a different service," Seth Hurwitz told the Washington Post. "There's nothing wrong with
Ticketmaster at all. We just thought it was worth having a relationship with both companies."
Hurwitz's I.M.P. Productions books MCI
Center, Merriweather Post Pavilion and the Kennedy Center, and tickets will still be sold through Ticketmaster.
