WOLVERHAMPTON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Reuters is reporting that British construction & engineering firm Carillion PLC has entered into a joint agreement to construct a brand new concert hall in the gulf state of Oman.
The new venue, so far dubbed The House of Musical Arts will feature a 1,000 seat concert hall catering to a wide range of performing arts. Construction is expected to take 3 years.
In recent years, Oman has found itself burdened with significant amounts of excess capital generated by petroleum revenues. It is also a popular tourist destination, known for its beaches, sand skiing, mountain climbing and the world-famous Muscat Festival, which features a range of traditional performances, dances, concerts and other cultural events along with temporary theme parks. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
