Hank Williams, Jr. will personally donate $125,000 to Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in Biloxi, MS during his concert at Pearl River Resort on Oct. 14. “We are pleased to have this opportunity to work with Mr. Williams and continue efforts in assisting the victims of Hurricane Katrina along the Mississippi Gulf Coast,” explained Pearl River Resort President Chuck Miller. “We continue to call on our associates and guests to keep helping our fellow residents of southern Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama during these difficult times.”
“When I got the offer to do this show I simply could not take money from the devastated folks in Mississippi, so I passed.
