RED Distribution has appointed Lynn Hazan-DeVaul as
the new head of the finance. In her new post, Hazan-DeVaul will be responsible for overseeing the
company's financial unit as well as liaising with the business managers of
the distributed labels. Lynn will work closely with Executive Vice President Bob Morelli to help take an
already thriving and successful marketing and distribution company to the
next level of success.
Hazan-DeVaul most recently founded
Shrigator, a financial and operations consulting company, to advise
independent record labels, artists and other entertainment entities while
simultaneously co-founding and acting as managing partner for Virayoga, a
highly respected and successful yoga studio in Soho, New York.
In her close to 20 years experience in the entertainment and
financial services industries, six of them as vice president and then CFO,
senior vice President of Finance and Administration for RCA Records, as well
as a two year stint at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets that has balanced her
expertise and made her such a valuable asset to RED.
