Philadelphia's WMMR conducted a four-day fundraiser to collect money for Fox Chase Cancer Center in Northeast Philadelphia in the name of Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy Osbourne's wife, manager and co- star in the hit MTV show "The Osbournes." A check was presented for over $20,000 to daughter Kelly Osbourne backstage at Philadelphia's Ozz-Fest on Friday, July 12th.
"Thanks to the incredible generosity of our listeners we were able to raise a lot of money in four short days to fight a global killer and benefit a local charity – The Fox Chase Cancer Center," said mid-day personality Pierre Robert.
