LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Vodafone UK is partnering with promoters Live Nation to offer a new service which will give subscribers a leg up on ticket access.
Vodafone VIP will offer "unrivaled access to some of the top music festivals via tickets and money-can't-buy experiences," according to MusicWeek.com.
Financial details were not disclosed but the multi-year deal will give Vodafone UK customers the chance to win tickets to eight of the country’s biggest music festivals including Hard Rock Calling, Leeds, Reading, Wireless and T in the Park according to MusicWeek.com.
In addition to ticket access, VIPs can also enjoy access to camping sites and car parking. Another perk will allow customers to thrust themselves into the festival experience from an exclusive viewing platform with their friends at some of the shows. According to MusicWeek.com, the contract will also allow Vodafone users to buy tickets 48 hours in advance of general on-sale when booking opens for 2011 festivals.
Customers registering at vodafone.co.uk/vip will also be able to win tickets to fashion events at Vodafone London Fashion Weekend and London Fashion Week and the 2010 Formula 1 Santander British Grand Prix among other events according to NewsWeek.com. — CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
