BATH, England (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Members of the metal band Baroness and their crew are recovering from injuries sustained in a serious accident when their tour bus crashed near the town of Bath, England on Wednesday morning.
According to a post on the band's website, band member John Baizley broke his left arm and leg. Both Allen Blickle and Matt Maggioni suffered fractured vertebrae and all three remain in the hospital. Pete Adams was treated and released.
Three of the band's crew have also been treated and released, though one still remains in the hospital for observation. The driver of the bus is still listed in critical condition.
The group was currently on tour and had just played a date at The Fleece in Bristol on Tuesday evening and was enroute to a date in Southampton at the time of the crash. According to the BBC, the area where the crash occurred experienced heavy rain and limited visibility at the time of the crash, but said that officials were still investigating the cause of the accident.
