MONREAL, Quebec (CelebrityAccess) — Fans at a music festival in Quebec stormed the stage on Sunday night after performances from several artists were canceled, including rapper Lil Uzi Vert.
According to the Montreal Journal, Vert’s fans waited for more than two hours at the Santa Teresa Festival on Sunday night before the festival’s organizers announced that the rapper would not be performing, citing a “lack of cooperation” from Canada Border Services.
After the cancellation was announced, fans expressed their frustration by hopping over the security fence and invading the stage. Videos of the moment show some fans knocking over speakers and monitors.
