(CelebrityAccess) – Country singer Walker Hayes’ newborn daughter Oakleigh has died.
In a statement released Wednesday via Twitter, Hayes said: “Oakleigh Klover Hayes was born this morning at the hospital and now is safely in heaven.” He went on to thank fans for respecting the family’s wishes for privacy as they grieve this most tragic loss.
Hayes has canceled his upcoming shows to be home with his wife Laney and their six children. You can read the statement below.
