LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Sure, the new rage is “pop up retail,” as in Thomas Rhett’s pop-up shop, where he sells his apparel line for a couple of days and then it goes away.

Now, there’s a pop-up museum.

ROW DTLA in Los Angeles is expected to be the location for Fa La Land, a self-described museum that will celebrate the winter holidays starting Nov. 18 and flying away Jan. 6. The project was created by Chloe Sommer, Rory Dorsey and “Legally Blonde” author Amanda Brown.

“Fa La Land was born from the idea that we all need a little more magic in our lives … And what better time than around the holidays in our hometown where we’re always ready to embrace the creative and enchanting,” Brown said.

Sommer added, “Our goal is to leave a forever-impression in the hearts and minds of every single person who comes to Fa La Land this season.”

Dubbed “Tinseltown’s vibrant and fun holiday pop-up museum,” Fa La Land is offering the following experiences, as presented in the announcement:

North Pole: Wander around a scenic North Pole Village which includes Mrs. Claus hair salon: Christmas is in the Hair, and write a letter to Santa at the Fa La Post.

Jingle Bell Toys: A real life working toy factory with thousands of ornaments on the walls, guests can get an “elfie selfie”, crank a conveyor belt like one of Santa’s elves, watch a live countdown to Christmas or raid Santa’s toy chest!

Fa La Forest: An unprecedented and amazing fluorescent display with trees as far as the eyes can see suspended from the air. Guests will be lost in light wherever they look.

Candyfornia: What are the holidays without sweets and treats?  This room features vibrant colors with a picturesque candy bridge above a flowing candy river. Guests can also swing in Fa La Fields Forever and be captivated by cotton candy clouds.

Fa La Fest: Angeleno’s love a good music festival and Fa La Fest will not disappoint, but reindeers are the only VIPs here.  Make sure you bring your special someone to take a picture at the mistletoe kissing booth.

Walking in a Fa La Floral Land: What holiday experience would be complete without a visit from the big guy himself.  Santa Claus will be checking his list in a beautiful poinsettia throne. Take one last picture as you hop on his flower bombed sled with FA LA LAND vanity plates.

It even has an American Express Card Members pre-sale at Nov. 6 at 10 a.m. General public ticketing begins Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. PST
