(CelebrityAccess) James Bay recently bought a guitar with the seller telling him it was “recently used in a movie,” and that was that.
Bay, a Grammy-nominated performer, apparently didn’t think much about it, according to the story as told in the Mercury News by writer Jim Harrington. He just started playing it at concerts, putting it in front of audiences before the movie hit the theatres.
Turns out, the movie was “A Star Is Born” and the guitar was played by Bradley Cooper’s character, Jackson Maine, in the Glastonbury scene.
According to the News, Bay isn’t putting the guitar away, or putting it on eBay, but will likely have it around his shoulders when he visits the Fox Theater in Oakland, Calif., March 27.
