PHILADELPHIA (CelebrityAccess) Questlove – late night star and musician – is rolling out a meatless cheesesteak at more than 40 Live Nation venues, starting with Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park.

The meatless sub, using the ingredient “Impossible 2.0,” will be presented March 28 at a baseball game when the Philadelphia Phillies host the Atlanta Braves, but will be sold at all 81 Phillies home games as part of the team’s “Red Goes Green” sustainability campaign, according to the Philadelphia Courier Post.

Questlove is an investor in Impossible Foods and has published a book about food and music, according to Eater.com.

“To have the Phillies and Live Nation as our initial partners is great as it speaks to my love for my hometown of Philadelphia combined with my love of music,” Questlove said in a statement. “However, the goal for this product is to create a global network of restaurants, venues, and retail locations where Questlove’s Cheesesteak can be purchased.”

Don’t laugh: Impossible Foods have been used by chefs like David Chang and Danny Bowlen, and chains like White Castle and Unami Burger have incorporated the product, with Eater critic Ryan Sutton declaring that White Castle’s vegetarian slider is “one of the country’s best fast-food burgers, period.”

The cheesesteak is also expected to be rolled out at 40 Live Nation venues in the US including the Met Philadelphia and BB&T Pavilion this summer. Live Nation began offering Impossible Burgers at 35 venues last year.
