AUSTRALIA (CelebrityAccess) – Hardware and Onelove, the creators of Australia’s Stereosonic brand, have joined forces with Live Nation to launch a brand new event called FestivalX.
The touring fest, which is set to make its debut this summer, will kick off with a stop at Brisbane’s RNA Showgrounds on November 29 before moving onto Sydney Showgrounds on November 30 and then wrapping up at Melbourne Showgrounds on December 1.
Calvin Harris, Armin Van Buuren, Lil Pump, Alison Wonderland, Anna Lunoe, Murda Beatz and Steve Aoki are all among big names confirmed for the inaugural event.
Tickets for FestivalX go on sale August 1 with prices starting from A$154.95 ($108) in Brisbane and A$159.95 ($111) in Sydney and Melbourne.
With FestivalX, Live Nation adds its first dance-and-hip-hop leaning brand to an expanding portfolio of open-air events, which currently includes the Download Festival and Splendour in the Grass.
