TORONTO (CelebrityAccess) — Satellite broadcaster SiriusXM announced it has signed a wide-ranging creative partnership with the Canadian rap legend Drake.
The partnership includes a branded SiriusXM station that will feature a playlist of curated music from Drake, as well as special collaborations with other artists.
Product rollouts are expected to begin later this year, SiriusXM said.
The deal is the first major artist partnership since they integrated the Pandara streaming music platform into the service earlier this year and the largest deal with a major recording artist in both companies’ history.
Drake holds the title of most-streamed artist of all time as well as the top-selling solo male artist across the US.
