LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth will be the latest classic artist to land in Las Vegas for a residency.
David Lee Roth: ROCKS VEGAS is set to debut at the House of Blues Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino beginning on Jan. 8, 10, and 11.
The show will feature a Roth performing a rotating selection of twenty-six of his fan-favorite hits, including Van Halen material such as “Jump,” “Panama,” and “California Girls.”
“A weekend with me is interactive way beyond just music. It starts with the best food on earth. The fellas smoke their three cigarettes for the year and we all stay up way past our bedtime,” ” Roth noted in a presser announcing the residency.
“House of Blues Las Vegas is known as an intimate venue where fans can see huge, legendary acts and that tradition continues with David joining our family,” added Ben Weeden, Chief Operating Officer of Live Nation Clubs and Theaters Division.
In addition to the dates in January, Roth is lined up for a series of shows in March at the HOB, and is scheduled to perform on March 18, 20-21, 25, 27-28.
