Starwatch Entertainment & Tigerspring Partner with Believe on New ‘Super-Indie’ Label, Lobster

(CelebrityAccess) – Leading German music label Starwatch Entertainment, Denmark-based independent label and publisher Tigerspring, and Paris-based music distributor Believe have announced the launch of a new ‘super-indie’ record label called Lobster.

The new label was founded by Sam Bittner, Director of Music & Live Entertainment at Starwatch, and Søren Winding, Managing Director of Tigerspring.

Starwatch Entertainment is the business unit for music, live entertainment, brand partnerships and artist management within the Germany-based ProSiebenSat.1 Group. Meanwhile, Tigerspring, which has offices in both the UK and US, has recently delivered songs for major artists such as The Chainsmokers, Jonas Brothers, Steve Aoki, John Newman, Liam Payne and more, in addition to securing campaigns with companies such as Apple, Ford, HBO, Google, Netflix, Adidas among others.

Lobster has already signed Danish pop star Mads Langer, US artists Jackson Penn and Patrick Martin, and UK artist Jack Curley, whose first single “Alice” entered the Spotify Viral 50 charts in the US, Canada, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
