LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — United Talent Agency announced the hire of veteran public relations exec Ashley Momtaheni as the agency’s new Director of Corporate Communications.
Momtaheni will focus primarily on external communications, rounding out UTA’s senior communications team and will collaborate, withUTA communications executive Lisa Stein and Adam Gross, who joined UTA earlier this year from Disney/ABC.
Momtaheni will be based in UTA’s Los Angeles headquarters and she will report to UTA’s Global Chief Communications Officer, Seth Oster.
Prior to joining UTA, Momtaheni served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Annapurna Pictures, where she led communications strategies for the company’s television, interactive and theatre divisions, including projects such as Booksmart, Sorry to Bother You and Oscar-nominated films, Vice and If Beale Street Could Talk.
Her C.V. also includes stints at Warner Brothers Entertainment Group, where she worked on campaigns for films including The Great Gatsby, Argo, and Her.
Momtaheni also did a turn as a producer at ABC’s long-running morning talk and news show Good Morning America.
