BEIJING (CelebrityAccess) — Kuke Music Holding Limited, the Chinese classical music platform, announced that Ms. Li Sun has resigned from her role as President.
Sun’s resignation took effect officially on July 23rd, 2024, but the company delayed announcing her departure until this month.
Kuke Music noted that Li Sun’s departure was not based on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, accounting policies, or practices.
Following Ms. Sun’s departure, Kuke Music announced that Mr. He Yu, the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chair of its board, will continue to lead the Kuke Music Holdings.
Kuke Music maintains a library of approximately 3 million audio and video tracks and bills itself as the largest largest independent classical music content provider in the world, maintaining partnerships with Naxos, along with a network of more than 900 labels and record companies.
