NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess) – Just in time for the holidays, BFD / Audium Nashville and Blue Hat Records are bringing fans several special deluxe limited edition bundles from the legendary Charlie Daniels Band (CDB). Available today, the three two-in-one CDB bundles are Fiddle Fire / Road Dogs; Blues Hat / Tailgate Party, and Charlie Daniels Band Live! / Live From Iraq.
“We are thrilled to begin the next phase of releases starting with this classic batch,” says Blue Hat partner Bob Frank. “A lot more to come in 2025.”
Fiddle Fire consists of re-recordings of several CDB hits including “The Devil Went Down To Georgia,” “The South’s Gonna Do It (Again),” and “Drinkin’ My Baby Goodbye”
Road Dogs continued Daniels’ return to his heritage with songs that created music that is oddly reminiscent while being uniquely fresh. Music that rides the power riffs of grinding guitars and along the way bangs into the blues surges through country and wrestles with rock-n-roll to create what is distinctively American, the groove of Southern Rock. Tracks: “The Martyr,” “Wild Wild Young Men,” “Sail Away,” “Sidewinder” and more
Blues Hat took Daniels back to his musical roots, combining turbo-charged, free-flowing blues music with a tip of the hat to Southern rock and boogie. Tracks include: “Long Haired Country Boy,” “Gone, Gone Blues,” “Hard Headed Woman,” “Looking for My Mary Jane” and more.
Tailgate Party is CDB’s tribute to southern rock greats Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and ZZ Top among others. Tracks include “Keep Your Hands to Yourself,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” “Freebird” and more.
Charlie Daniels Band Live! speaks for itself. The 17-track live album features live recordings of CDBs greatest hits.
Live From Iraq is a live CDB album originally released in 2007, recorded during a 2006 USO tour of Iraq in front of U.S. troops. The 14-track album features CDB performing its biggest hits.
