VITORIA-GASTEIZ, Spain (VIP-NEWS) — Azkena Rock celebrated its 10th anniversary last weekend with a record attendance thanks to a bill that featured Ozzy Osbourne, Queens of the Stone Age, Brian Setzer, Gregg Allman, Paul Weller, and more.
The festival promoter, Last Tour International, is also responsible for 4 other events in Spain, including Bilbao BBK Live and Sonisphere Madrid, making Last Tour one of the most active promoters on Spanish live music scene during the festival summer season.
Over the past 10 years, Azkena has established itself as a major festival in the country, if not the most important when it comes to rock music. The combination of different styles, from country to stoner to rockabilly, has become its distinctive signature, which keeps bringing people to the three-day party in Vitoria-Gasteiz, whilst making new followers.
