NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess) — Just days after launching her Formation World Tour, Beyoncé has had to postpone her upcoming show in Nashville.
The show, set for May 5th at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium has been postponed, with no date announced as of yet for a makeup, however fans were advised to hold on to their tickets.
As to why the show was cancelled, there has been no official statement. A tweet on @formationwt, a non-official Twitter account tracking the tour, stated that the delay was due to venue construction, however the stadium later countered, tweeting in response that the stadium was "ready and able" to host the show.
Despite the delayed show, Beyoncé performed at her next scheduled show on Sunday at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. – Staff Writers
