SEATTLE, Washington (CelebrityAccess) — Justin Bieber has kicked off his world-spamming "Purpose" tour with a sold out show at the KeyArena in Seattle on March 9th.
According to the Seattle Times, Bieber started the show by sprining forth from a glass box suspended over a multi-level stage, to the approval of the crowd. He performed a selection of hits from his new album, as well as fan favorites from his back catalog.
First announced on November 1st, the fifty-eight city, 64-show tour will carry Bieber across the US and Canada before heading oversees, wrapping up on November 26th in London.
Strong demand for tickets saw dates added in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston, Miami and New York. Hip-hop artist Post Malone and singer Moxie Raia will be opening for Bieber on most dates.
